Terms and Conditions:

1. Above Promotion is only applied to both Banquet Revenues and room revenue incurred from the banquet booking.
2. Revenue requirement is based on revenue exclusive of service charge and taxes.
3. In the event that the booker is both a member of My Discovery Elite and Discovery Perks, said booker can still claim the membership giveaway and earn Discovery Perks points for the booking.
4. The rewards available within the property can be availed during the event. The client also has the option to convert it to gift certificate.
5. The rewards claimable within other Discovery Hotels will only be given during or after the event (not more than two weeks after the event).
6. The hotel restaurant credit is convertible to gift certificates. The rewards are not convertible to cash or rebates. The gift certificates are non transferrable and non replaceable.
7. The gift certificates to be issued as part of this promo will have a 1-year validity (starting from date of issue), black out dates may apply depending on the property.  
8. The member giveaway can only be given once and is not cumulative. In the event that multiple My Discovery Elite members are involved in one banquet booking, the giveaway amount will only be given to one member.
9. MDE members can get points from their room bookings (applicable only to rooms under contract and paid for by the MDE member; rooms paid by other guests will not be considered)
10. Newly enrolled My Discovery Elite members can qualify for the promo. Sales managers can invite the inquiring booker to sign up as a member if it would help them secure the booking.
