This VIP membership Card entitles you and your family or friends to:
Signature Treatments Package
  • Inclusive of 10 signature treatments
  • Select from Terazi Spa’s Signature Massage (60 minutes), Sports Massage (70 minutes), Natural Facial (60 minutes), or Boday Scrub (60 minutes).
  • Valued at PHP 20,000 nett (Exclusive to MDE members 18,500 only!)
Terms and Conditions:
  • Tracking Sheet: Each VIP Family Member cardholder will be assigned a tracking card to record the dates, name of guest, and treatments availed. Guests must sign the tracking card, acknowledge their utilization of the card, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the program.
  • Transferability: VIP Family Membership cardholders have the flexibility to transfer their treatments to friends and family members. However, in such cases, the card holder must endorse the identification details of the recipient, and the recipient must present valid proof of identification when availing the treatment.
  • Validity: The VIP Family Membership Card for Tier 1 (Signature Treatments Package) is valid for (3) months from the date of the first use. During this period, the cardholder and their family and friends can avail the number of treatments allotted in the chosen package.
  • Advance Reservations: To ensure a seamless experience, advance booking is required for all services or treatments that the VIP Family membership cardholder wishes to enjoy. Please provide the necessary information and identification details of yourself and you guest at the time of reservations.
  • Subject to Availability: The availability of treatments and services is subject to the capacity and schedule of Terazi Spa, as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.
  • Renewal and Termination: The VIP Family Membership Card will have a validity period, after which the cardholder will need to purchase a new package for renewal. The management reserves the right to terminate or revoke the Card in case of misuse or violation of the program’s terms and conditions.
  • Card Replacement: In the unfortunate event of losing your card, please inform our spa receptionist immediately. After verification, a new card will be issued upon request, and a card replacement of PHP 500 will apply. The new card will carry the same benefits as your original card.
  • Confidentiality: We assure you that all information provided by cardholders and guests will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
  • This Card can only be use at Discovery Primea's Terazi SPA.
 
Mechanics for Cardholders:
Card Issuance: This VIP Family Membership Card is assigned a unique identification number. Please keep your card safe, as It is required to avail the treatments.

Availment Process:
Contact Discovery Primea's Terazi Spa at (02) 7955 8888 to book an appointment. Advance reservations are required.
When availing treatments on behalf of the cardholder, please provide valid proof of identification and present the VIP Membership Card upon arrival at Terazi Spa.
Terazi Spa will provide a Family Membership card upon visiting Discovery Primea in Makati.
